The VLT® OneGearDrive comes in two versions: the OneGearDrive Standard for use in dry and wet production areas and the OneGearDrive Hygienic for use in wet areas, areas with high cleaning intensity and aseptic and clean room production areas.

VLT® OneGearDrive Standard for use in dry and wet production areas with up to IP67 rating. A brake can be configured optionally.

The VLT® OneGearDrive comes by default without resolver and operates in open loop with a VLT® Decentral Drive FCD 302 or AutomationDrive FC 302.

Connection with CageClamp® technology. Terminal box with 4 x M20 for feeding in cable from 4 different directions without any additional components or tools.

Lubricant filling level for a horizontal mounting position on a horizontal shaft. The connection is on the top or the bottom of the VLT® OneGearDrive.

The VLT® OneGearDrive with aseptic paint is resistant to detergents and disinfectants (pH 2–12). It complies with the requirements for best cleaning.

The VLT® OneGearDrive standard has a RAL 9010 paint finish by default. Optionally any aseptic paint finish can be configured.

Default paint finish in white, RAL 9010. Required for EHEDG conformity.

Lubricant filling with food grade oil (H1).

Default configuration does not include a brake. Consider that inclining conveyors can move if the OGD is not operating.

Optional brake supports park brake duty on conveyors. The brake option includes an already connected rectifier and accepts external 400 V AC supply. Alternatively it can be used with 180 V DC supply from a VLT® Decentral Drive FCD 302. This brake option does not support hoisting operations.
