Če ste že Danfossova stranka: 

Spletna trgovina Danfoss Product Store bo tekom leta 2018 in v začetku leta 2019 uvedena za vsako državo posebej. Vaš uporabniški račun bo samodejno prestavljen, takoj ko bo posamezna država vpeljala nov način internetnega naročanja (Product Store), istočasno pa boste dobili povabilo za ponastavitev gesla v novem sistemu.

Naročanje

 

Za oddajo naročila so na voljo štiri možnosti:
1.  Na vašem domačem zaslonu je meni za hitro naročilo. Preprosto vnesite številke delov in količine ter kliknite gumb »Dodaj v košarico«.
2.  V meniju za hitro naročilo spodaj desno je povezava »Napredno«. Kliknite to možnost za kopiranje in lepljenje iz Excelove datoteke v besedilno polje ali za prenos iz datoteke CSV – v tem primeru vas sistem prosi za identifikacijo informacij, ki so vsebovane v vsakem stolpcu.
3.  Artikle lahko v svojo košarico dodajate neposredno iz kataloga. Ko si ogledujete artikel, preprosto izberite količino, ki jo želite dodati, ter kliknite gumb »Dodaj v košarico«.
4.  V zgodovini naročil lahko izberete in kopirate artikle iz vrstice v svojo košarico.
Ko zaključite eno od 4 navedenih možnosti, uporabite ikono »Moja košarica« v zgornjem desnem kotu zaslona in sledite 5 korakom za oddajo naročila.

V meniju za hitro naročilo spodaj desno je povezava »Napredno«. Kliknite to možnost za kopiranje in lepljenje iz Excelove datoteke v besedilno polje ali za prenos iz datoteke CSV – v tem primeru vas sistem prosi za identifikacijo informacij, ki so vsebovane v vsakem stolpcu.
Ko kliknete gumb »Dodaj v košarico«, se artikli naložijo v vašo nakupovalno košarico in do njih lahko pridete z uporabo ikone »Moja košarica« v zgornjem desnem kotu zaslona; nato sledite 5 korakom za oddajo naročila.

 

Danfoss za spletna naročila trenutno ne sprejema plačil s kreditno kartico.

 

Za potrditev tega stopite v stik s svojim lokalnim predstavnikom družbe Danfoss.

 

Za naročilo potrebujete aktiven račun pri lokaciji družbe Danfoss, pri kateri želite opraviti naročilo.

 

Teh zahtev trenutno ni mogoče urediti prek trgovine Danfoss Product Store. Za vračilo ali spremembo naročila zato stopite v stik z oddelkom za pomoč strankam družbe Danfoss.

 

Za poročilo o kakršnih koli poškodbah med dostavo stopite v stik z oddelkom za pomoč strankam.

 

Če obstajajo dodatni naslovi za dostavo, jih lahko izberete z uporabo spustnega seznama pod možnostjo za naslov za dostavo v razdelku za dostavo postopka dokončanja nakupa. Status naročila

The Danfoss Product Store will not send an order confirmation e-mail. You will be provided with an order confirmation number and you will be able to view your order using the order confirmation number using order history in the My Account section.
If an order confirmation is needed, please contact Danfoss Customer Service, and they can e-mail it to you.
To view a recent order's status and history, go to your home page and a list of your latest orders will be available. 
To view older orders, you can go to Order History under My Account and search by one of the options provided. The search options include Danfoss order number, your order number, code number, invoice number, date range and order status.
Once you have accepted the terms and conditions and clicked on the "Submit the Order" button located within the order cart, your order is registered in our system and is being processed. You will receive a more specific order confirmation generated from our system shortly afterwards.

The following information is required for each order:

 

1.  Purchase Order Number
2.  Part Number
3.  Quantity
4.  Ship to Address
5.  Shipping Method and any specific shipping information needed to process the order.

Orders received into Danfoss will go through different statuses as they are processed. Stages will range from:

 

  • Reserved - The order is registered in the Danfoss system.
  • Delivered - The warehouse has picked and packed the order.
  • Invoiced - The carrier has picked up the order and the billing documents have been generated.
  • Rejected – The complete order or some of the orderlines will not be processed. 

Signing In

Your e-mail address is your user ID.
If you cannot remember your password, then click the Forgot Password link next to the Sign In icon.
Your User ID is your e-mail address and it is not case sensitive. However, your password IS case sensitive.
The first thing to check is that you entered your password correctly. If you are unsure of your password, click the Forgot Password link next to the Sign In icon in the sign in section.

Yes, users can be assigned different rights depending on their function within the oganization. The function of these rights includes:

 

  • View access only (to view order status, but not place orders via the Danfoss Product Store.
  • Place and view orders in the Danfoss Product Store
  • User administration

Updating My Account

Na domači strani pojdite na razdelek »Moj račun«. Pod profilom izberite posodobitev osebnih podatkov in uredite ime.

Za spremembo fizičnega naslova stopite v stik z oddelkom za pomoč strankam družbe Danfoss in predstavnik vam bo na voljo za pomoč.

 

Contact either your company administrator or Danfoss Customer Service to verify you have a valid account on Danfoss Product Store.
A cart can be created at the time of checkout using the items loaded into it, and clicking the "Save Cart" link. You will be prompted to give the cart a unique name so it can be used in the future. The cart remains saved with the items added to it until they are either removed or the cart is deleted.
Click the "Add to cart" button. If you want to remove an item from the cart, then click "Delete" located under the quantity for a single order line, or click the "Clear Cart" link to remove all the items.
Go to the "My Account" section from the Home Page. Under Profile, select the Update Your Email to change any part of your e-mail address. Repeat the new e-mail address in the required field. Select Update to complete the process.
Go to the "My Account" section from the Home Page. Under Profile, select Change Your Password. Follow the directions to enter your existing password then the new password. Confirm the new password in the box where indicated. Select Update to complete the process.

Product Information

Catalogs are defined by your local market within your region.
Yes. A comparison list can be created by clicking on the product and then the "Add to comparison list" link. The comparison list can be accessed through the comparison icon (next to the cart icon in the top right of the page). The list will build as items are added.
Each product may contain a photo of the item, the part number, brief description and price (if available). Additional parts that work with the viewed product will also be listed. If certain products are to be used with a specific product (such as spare parts), these will also be noted.
There is a Spare Parts and Accessories section which can be seen by selecting a product that has relevant spare parts and accessories.

Some material shipped from Danfoss may contain hazardous materials. Our warehouses and shipping organizations are trained to accurately identify, classify, package, label, and prepare the necessary shipping documentation for all Hazardous Material and Dangerous Goods shipments. We ship in accordance with International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), International Air Transport Association (IATA), DG Regulations and the US Department of Transportation’s Title 49CFR, Part 172, Subpart H. In some situations, outbound shipments to the same destination are split to comply with regulations and will be packed and/or labeled accordingly separate from non-Dangerous Goods.

Freight charges are based on the shipping options selected during the ordering process and are impacted by the ship to location, weight of the shipment, and current carrier rates.
You can choose different shipping options (if available) in the Delivery Section of the cart under the Shipping Preference section.
For orders requiring same day shipment or air shipment, the order must be entered and approved prior to the daily cut off time. Please contact Danfoss Customer Service as soon as the order is placed to expedite the process.
We share tracking information that we have on your order through your Online Order History in Danfoss Product Store. This information is available for all orders (whether placed online or not), and you can always check for updates using your order history.
