There are four options when placing an order:

1. From the home screen, there is a Quick Order menu. Simply enter the part numbers and quantities needed and click the "Add to cart" button. |
2. At the bottom right of the Quick Order menu, there is an "Advanced" link. Click this to either copy and paste orderlines from an Excel file into a text box; or upload from a CSV file, in which case you will be prompted to identify the information contained in each column. |
3. You can add items to your cart directly from the catalog. When viewing an item, simply select the quantity you want to add and click the "Add to cart" button. |
4. From order history, you can select and copy line items to your cart. |
Once you have completed one of the 4 options noted, you will use the "My Cart" icon in the upper right hand corner of the screen to follow the 5 steps to place the order. |

At this time, Danfoss does not accept credit card payments for online orders. |

Currently, these requests cannot be completed via the Danfoss Product Store. Therefore, you should contact the Danfoss Customer Service Department to return a product or change an order. |

Pack sizes are displayed in the checkout process and indicate the number of pieces contained within a box. Most products are sold individually while others must be ordered only in the box quantity. The store will display a warning or information message if you must order in a certain quantity multiples. |
The Danfoss Product Store will not send an order confirmation e-mail. You will be provided with an order confirmation number and you will be able to view your order using the order confirmation number using order history in the My Account section. |
If an order confirmation is needed, please contact Danfoss Customer Service, and they can e-mail it to you. |
To view a recent order's status and history, go to your home page and a list of your latest orders will be available. |
To view older orders, you can go to Order History under My Account and search by one of the options provided. The search options include Danfoss order number, your order number, code number, invoice number, date range and order status. |
Once you have accepted the terms and conditions and clicked on the "Submit the Order" button located within the order cart, your order is registered in our system and is being processed. You will receive a more specific order confirmation generated from our system shortly afterwards. |

A cart can be created at the time of checkout using the items loaded into it, and clicking the "Save Cart" link. You will be prompted to give the cart a unique name so it can be used in the future. The cart remains saved with the items added to it until they are either removed or the cart is deleted. |
Click the "Add to cart" button. If you want to remove an item from the cart, then click "Delete" located under the quantity for a single order line, or click the "Clear Cart" link to remove all the items. |
Go to the "My Account" section from the Home Page. Under Profile, select the Update Your Email to change any part of your e-mail address. Repeat the new e-mail address in the required field. Select Update to complete the process. |
Go to the "My Account" section from the Home Page. Under Profile, select Change Your Password. Follow the directions to enter your existing password then the new password. Confirm the new password in the box where indicated. Select Update to complete the process. |

Yes. A comparison list can be created by clicking on the product and then the "Add to comparison list" link. The comparison list can be accessed through the comparison icon (next to the cart icon in the top right of the page). The list will build as items are added. |
Each product may contain a photo of the item, the part number, brief description and price (if available). Additional parts that work with the viewed product will also be listed. If certain products are to be used with a specific product (such as spare parts), these will also be noted. |
There is a Spare Parts and Accessories section which can be seen by selecting a product that has relevant spare parts and accessories. |

Some material shipped from Danfoss may contain hazardous materials. Our warehouses and shipping organizations are trained to accurately identify, classify, package, label, and prepare the necessary shipping documentation for all Hazardous Material and Dangerous Goods shipments. We ship in accordance with International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), International Air Transport Association (IATA), DG Regulations and the US Department of Transportation’s Title 49CFR, Part 172, Subpart H. In some situations, outbound shipments to the same destination are split to comply with regulations and will be packed and/or labeled accordingly separate from non-Dangerous Goods. |
There could be additional transit time for large or bulky items depending on the product. This will be identified once an item is placed on order. |

Freight charges are based on the shipping options selected during the ordering process and are impacted by the ship to location, weight of the shipment, and current carrier rates. |

For orders requiring same day shipment or air shipment, the order must be entered and approved prior to the daily cut off time. Please contact Danfoss Customer Service as soon as the order is placed to expedite the process. |
We share tracking information that we have on your order through your Online Order History in Danfoss Product Store. This information is available for all orders (whether placed online or not), and you can always check for updates using your order history. |
