SAVD
SAVD is a self-acting safety pressure reduction controller primarily for use in district heating systems. The controller is normally opened and closes on rising pressure. It is used for pressure reduction control and as a protection against excess pressure behind the valve. The controller has a control valve, an actuator with two control diaphragms and a spring(s) for pressure setting.
