Het eerste industriële, op Ethernet gebaseerde protocol voor automatisering. Wordt aangesloten op Modbus TCP-netwerken. Maakt een verbindingsinterval vanaf slechts 5 ms in beide richtingen mogelijk, waardoor het een van de snelst werkende Modbus TCP-apparaten op de markt is.
