are interoperable, and the AC-drive profile, supported using I/O
instance 20/70.21/71, secures compatibility to existing systems.

Standardized handling and interoperability for high flexibility and low
costs. Fully equipped with both high-priority access to control and
status of the drive (PDO Communication) and access to all parameters
through acyclic data (SDO Communication). For interoperability the
option has implemented the DSP402 AC-drive profile.

Connect an external DC supply to keep the control section and any
installed option alive during power failure. Enables full operation of
the LCP (including the parameter setting) and all installed options
without connection to mains.
